How much notice do you need for a custom cake order?
As all our cakes are custom-made from scratch, we kindly request at least 5 to 7 days notice for standard custom celebration cakes. For weddings and large multi-tiered events, we recommend booking 2 to 3 months in advance to secure your date.
Do you offer delivery across Australia / Melbourne?
Yes! We offer safe, reliable local delivery for all our custom cakes and treat boxes. Delivery fees depend on your exact suburb/location, or you can choose to pick up your order directly from our kitchen.
Can you cater to dietary requirements (Gluten-Free, Eggless, Vegan)?
Absolutely! We can accommodate various dietary requirements upon request, including gluten-free, egg-free, and nut-conscious options. Please mention any allergies or dietary needs when placing your inquiry.
How should I store my custom cake?
Most of our cakes are best stored in a cool room out of direct sunlight if consumed on the day of the event. For multi-tiered or buttercream/fondant cakes, we provide specific care instructions upon pickup or delivery to ensure your cake stays fresh and stable.
How do I place an order or request a quote?
You can easily get started by reaching out via our Contact Page or sending us a direct message on WhatsApp / Instagram with your event date, estimated guest count, and design ideas. We will get back to you with a custom quote!
Can I send a reference photo for my custom design?
Yes, absolutely! We love seeing your inspiration photos. While we can use them as a guide to understand your preferred style, please note that every baker has a unique touch, so we will put our own creative spin to make it uniquely yours.
What flavors do you offer for your cakes?
We offer a wide variety of delicious flavors, including classic Vanilla Bean, Rich Chocolate Truffle, Zesty Lemon, Red Velvet, and Salted Caramel. Custom flavor combinations can also be discussed for weddings and major milestones.
